    How does the process work?

    Simply place your order and upload a photo of what you would like our artist to paint. Choose your hoodie size and color. Within 1-4 days we will have your hoodie embroidered and shipped.

    Can I preview the design before purchasing?

    Because our designs are handmade, we are unable to provide previews before placing an order. However, after purchasing, you can contact us by email and we will send you a preview, and the corresponding product production and shipment will be delayed.

    What's the delivery time for my hoodie?

    • Our line drawings take 1-2 business days to complete
    • Our product plate production takes 3-4 working days

    Transportation time:

    • United States: average 10 - 14 days
    • Canada: average 16 - 20 days
    • Europe: average 10 - 25 days (UK: 12-25 days)
    • Australia: average 10 - 25 days
    • All others: 20 - 40 days on average (ask and we will provide you with information)
