Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled as all orders are personalized. If there are any questions or errors with your order, you can contact us directly at support@sewher.com.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Since our artists start working on your order immediately after you place it, full refunds are not possible even if it has not been made yet. If you require a refund, we can provide you with a partial refund.
If your order has already been produced, no refunds of any kind can be made.
If for some reason you want us to draw a new design based on a different photo, you will be charged $10 for each new photo as we will create a new drawing from scratch.

damaged product

For all products that arrive damaged, we will send a replacement with no questions asked. To qualify, you simply need to send a photo of the damaged part.
Please note that our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange, even if your product is damaged.

If you do not receive an email within 7 business days of purchase, please contact us and check your spam folder.

Additional Information

We cannot guarantee a delivery date for products delivered after the estimated delivery date and we will not be liable other than to notify you of any known delays. The delivery times listed on the website are average estimates only, some deliveries may take longer, or be delivered much faster.
